This is Hobgoblin 04, a hulking standard bearer clad in layered samurai-inspired armour, a tall sashimono battle flag rising from his back as he strides forward with total composure. One hand rests on the hilt of a katana at his belt; the other cradles what appears to be a severed head — a grim trophy carried with the same indifference a soldier might carry rations. His mohawked crest, tusked jaw, and heavy shoulder guards give him the silhouette of a warlord who has seen every kind of battlefield and survived every one of them.
Hobgoblins in D&D 5e are defined by martial discipline, rigid hierarchy, and a culture built entirely around conquest. This sculpt captures all of that in a single pose — still, purposeful, and deeply threatening. Whether he's a Legion Warlord, a mid-campaign recurring antagonist, or the standard bearer for a goblinoid warband your players are slowly dismantling, he brings genuine tactical menace to the tabletop. Scaled at 39mm (base to top of head). Available with or without a plain black display base — the base comes unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming. We quality-check every piece before dispatch; as with all high-detail resin prints, minor support marks can occasionally occur and are easily tidied up.
