This is Hobgoblin 02 from Yasashii Kyojin Studio — a towering, broad-shouldered goblinoid warrior who carries himself with the quiet menace of someone who has never once needed to raise his voice. He stands with a curved, serrated blade hanging loose at his side, one fist clenched, dressed in a mix of layered armour and battle-worn robes cinched with a wide belt. A beaded necklace rests across his barrel chest, and a single horn juts from his crest of wild hair — this is not a footsoldier. This is a veteran.
Details
At 43mm to the top of his horn, he stands notably larger than a standard 32mm human miniature, which makes him a natural fit for a hobgoblin warlord, a seasoned battle captain, or any goblinoid who commands respect through sheer presence. His calm, cold expression reads equally well as a hardened NPC commander or a formidable player character — a half-orc fighter, a Monk who chose discipline over chaos, or a Barbarian who left rage behind in favour of something colder and more deliberate.

Encounter Hook:
The party intercepts a Zhentarim courier bearing orders written in Goblin — the name at the bottom is one they've heard whispered in three different cities. The courier won't talk, but the figure waiting at the crossroads two miles north clearly knows they're coming.
Hobgoblin 02 is printed at 32mm scale (43mm to horn tip). Available with or without a plain black base — the base ships unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Every piece is checked before it leaves us, though as with all high-detail miniatures, minor marks from support removal can occasionally occur and are easily tidied up. Arrives unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushwork or straight onto the battlefield as-is.
