The Hippopotamus Monstrosity is no mere beast — it's a corruption of nature given terrifying form. Its bloated body is plated with ridged, ossified hide, a jagged dorsal spine running the full length of its back. The jaws stretch impossibly wide, exposing a clutch of tusk-like fangs and a barbed tongue that speaks to something far older and hungrier than any river creature. Two poses are available: one with the beast mid-bellow, jaws gaping and head low in a charging stance, and a second with the creature seen from a rear three-quarter angle, spine and tail in sharp focus — both bristling with the same menacing energy.

Encounter Hook:

The local druid insists it wasn't always like this, and has a theory about the collapsed ley line upstream.

What's included:
This miniature is printed at 32mm scale. Two pose options are available — select your preference. The model on the detailed base comes as a single piece; the version with a plain base includes the base detached for easy attachment. Each piece arrives support-free, fully cured, and ready for priming and painting straight out of the box. Minor surface marks from the printing process are possible — these are easily cleaned up before painting.
