Description
When the hill tribes rally for war, it is the giantesses who carry two axes and lead the charge — and the last thing many a village watchman ever sees is a skull-studded shield rushing out of the tree line.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This giantess is no lumbering brute — she is a seasoned raider in full sprint, and the sculpt captures every ounce of that kinetic fury. Her torso twists hard into the swing of a heavy axe raised overhead, while a second axe is braced low in her trailing hand, ready for the follow-through. The pose reads as mid-charge: knees bent, weight shifted forward, one foot lifting off the ground as she surges into the fray.
The detail across her frame is thorough and characterful. A large riveted shield is strapped to her back, its surface decorated with an eye motif and studded metalwork — worn but deliberate, the mark of a warrior who has carried it into many fights. Her armour is a layered patchwork of scaled plates, leather strapping, and feathered trim at the waist and shins, giving her a savage but distinctly tribal look. A skull ornament hangs at her chest, and her long hair flows behind her as if caught in the rush of movement. Her expression is open-mouthed and fierce, teeth bared, entirely committed to the moment of attack.
She sits on a large oval 51mm base, which suits her imposing build and dynamic stride. The sculpt is multipart, and both supported and unsupported files are available — so whether you're after a clean print or need something that'll sing on a resin printer, you're covered. A plain base option is also available if you prefer to mount her on your own scenic base.
This miniature works brilliantly as a hill giant encounter piece for Dungeon Masters running giant-heavy campaigns — she has the presence to anchor a raiding warband or stand alone as a named warlord. For painters, the combination of detailed armour, dynamic hair, and expressive face makes her a rewarding project, and she'd make an imposing centrepiece on any display shelf.
- She's the named warlord the party has been hearing rumours about for three sessions
- She leads the raid encounter your players genuinely won't see coming until she's at the gate
- She's the prize painting project you've been saving a slot on the shelf for
- She fills the giant slot in your warband with personality rather than just scale
Encounter Hook: The hamlet of Greywood has been paying tribute to the hill giant clans for three seasons without incident — but the tribute wagon never returned this month. As the party crests the ridge to investigate, they spot a lone figure standing over the wreckage of the cart: a giantess in patchwork armour, axes in hand, a skull ornament gleaming at her chest. She isn't raiding. She's waiting. Someone sent her a message, and she's decided the party is going to deliver the reply.
