Description

He has outlived three dynasties, hoarded secrets that would unmake kingdoms, and the crescent atop his staff has not cooled since the night he first spoke the words of unmaking.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Hasaugul the High Mage is a figure of terrible authority — a ancient arcane scholar whose robes are laden with keys, celestial star motifs, and the accumulated weight of decades of forbidden study. His crested conical hat and sweeping layered vestments mark him as a figure of considerable station, while his outstretched clawing hand and open-mouthed expression tell a different story: this is a wizard at the edge of his power, either unleashing something catastrophic or demanding absolute submission. His crescent-topped staff — etched with icy, dripping detail — channels a magic that feels far older than the man wielding it.

The range offers multiple poses of Hasaugul, each capturing a different facet of his character. This sculpt shows him mid-incantation, one hand raised and grasping at the air as though pulling arcane threads from the ether itself, staff planted firmly at his side. The base features scattered candles and grave markers, grounding him in an atmosphere of ritual and consequence. Whether you're placing him across the table from your players as a calculating villain or beside them as an unnerving ally, he commands every scene he occupies. Equally suited to display collecting and active tabletop play.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a high-level arcane villain or morally ambiguous quest-giver
  • Want a richly detailed display piece that rewards careful painting
  • Are running a campaign centred on arcane conspiracies, forbidden lore, or dark magical orders
  • Play or DM with Wizards, Sorcerers, or Warlocks as central characters

Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking the theft of a series of arcane artefacts across three cities. When they finally corner the culprit — a junior mage who clearly acted under duress — he speaks only one name before the magic takes him: Hasaugul. The High Mage appears at the chamber's far end, keys jangling at his belt, staff already raised, utterly unsurprised to see them. He has been expecting this meeting for rather longer than they have.

Details

Printed at 32mm scale. The model and scenic base are supplied as separate pieces, designed to be attached with a small amount of glue — the sculpt is designed to interact naturally with the base, so we recommend using it for the best presentation. As with all hand-finished pieces, minor marks from support removal may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up before priming.
