The Hel Avatar is a figure of quiet, absolute authority. Sweeping robes split into layered panels — sash, skirt and cloak — catch an unseen wind, suggesting motion even at rest. A skull clasp sits at her waist, the one embellishment that makes her allegiance unmistakable. Her horns curl back in long spiralling arcs, and her hair flows free behind her — not wild, but purposeful. The real centrepiece is the staff: a tall, sinuous weapon topped with twin ram-like horns of its own, mounted on a spiked crossguard, unmistakably divine in its craftsmanship.
