Heartless Queen by Great Grimoire
Description
She ruled her court with absolute authority — and death, it turns out, has done nothing to soften her disposition.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Heartless Queen is a sculpt of extraordinary theatrical menace. Her skeletal form is draped in the remnants of noble finery: a sweeping crinoline skirt reduced to a cage of bone-white ribs, each strut bristling with inward-facing spikes — a prison as much as a gown. Her exposed ribcage and skull face are framed by an elaborate courtly headdress crowned with a heart-shaped diadem, and one fleshless hand extends in a languid, imperious gesture of command. This is not a monster that lurks in shadows. This is one that holds court, passes sentence, and watches her judgements carried out with something very close to delight.
Whether you cast her as a lich-queen ruling a domain of undead courtiers, a cursed noble bound by a deal gone catastrophically wrong, or a Ravenloft-style Dark Lord in her own right, the Heartless Queen brings immediate visual authority to any tabletop encounter. The sculpt reads brilliantly from across the table, and the detail in her headdress, skirt structure, and bone anatomy rewards closer inspection on a display shelf too. She is as much a conversation piece as she is a campaign centrepiece.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a BBEG with a strong visual identity and genuine dramatic presence
- Are running gothic horror, Ravenloft, or undead-court campaigns
- Want a boss monster that doubles as a display miniature between sessions
- Are seeking a villain NPC whose silhouette alone tells the party they're in trouble
Encounter Hook:
The party is summoned to an audience with the Queen of the Bleached Court — an invitation they were warned carries no polite refusal. They are shown to a throne room lined with skeletal courtiers frozen mid-bow, and at the far end, the Heartless Queen extends one bony finger toward them, her twin skull-faces grinning. "You have something that belongs to me," she announces. "Shall we discuss the terms of its return, or shall we skip directly to the entertaining part?"
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The miniature arrives assembled or as separate components depending on the sculpt — any multi-part assembly requires only a small amount of superglue. Printed to a high level of detail, support marks removed and fully cured. Minor imperfections inherent to the process may occasionally occur and are easily tidied with fine tools or a nail file.
