Tomb 9 from the Haunted Graveyard series by Dungeon Blocks is a compact, atmospheric terrain piece that earns its place on any graveyard battle map. The sculpt depicts a squat stone tomb with a broken lid, overrun by thick crimson vines or roots that twist upward from within — the kind of detail that makes players stop and ask questions before they step any closer. Whether it marks the resting place of a necromancer's lieutenant or the source of a local curse, this piece tells a story without a word of narration needed.
Each block represents a 5-foot square in standard 32mm scale, with a 3.5 cm square base that sits flush with other Dungeon Blocks terrain sets. Fully modular and compatible with the wider Haunted Graveyard range, Tomb 9 slots into crowded crypts, overgrown churchyards, and cursed wilderness encounters with equal ease. Equally at home on a display shelf as it is in the heat of a session — paint it up and it becomes a centrepiece worth lingering over.
Brilliant for adventurers who:
- Are building a dedicated graveyard or undead encounter map
- Want modular terrain that expands an existing Dungeon Blocks set
- Need a focal point for a cursed tomb, resurrection ritual, or horror-themed scene
- Enjoy painting terrain pieces as standalone display items
Encounter Hook:
The party has been hired to investigate a string of disappearances in the village of Mourne's Hollow. The trail leads to the eastern churchyard — and to Tomb 9, where the sexton swears the vines weren't there last week. As the cleric approaches to examine the markings, one of the tendrils twitches. Something beneath the stone is still breathing.
Printed in PLA in your choice of grey or black. The product image is an artist render showing a painted example — your piece will arrive in the single solid colour selected at checkout. Base size is 3.5 cm square; fully compatible with standard 32mm and 35mm miniatures.
