This is the Haunted Graveyard Tomb 2 (HG-036) from the Dungeon Blocks modular terrain range — a compact, tiered tomb piece with a distinctive jade-panel face and weathered stonework detailing. It sits lower and broader than a standing obelisk, lending itself to the feel of an older, more prestigious burial site — the kind your players will immediately want to hide behind, investigate, or accidentally desecrate.
