The Harvest Soldier is no mindless scarecrow. This is a creature of the Feywild's darker courts — a pumpkin-headed horror raised from blighted soil, its ribbed gourd-body split wide in a jagged, tooth-lined grin. Writhing vines curl upward like grasping arms, each tendril animated with predatory intent, while the base is strewn with the skulls of those who wandered too close to the field at dusk. There is nothing playful about this creature. It is the Autumn Court's enforcer, its executioner, its warning left at the treeline for travellers who failed to pay their tithe.
Whether you use this as a BBEG, a heralder of a greater seasonal horror, or the centrepiece of a Feywild ambush, the Harvest Soldier commands the table. The sculpt's richly textured surface — deep ridges in the gourd, gnarled vine-work, and the cluttered skull-scattered base — rewards a careful paint job and looks equally gripping left in natural grey.

Encounter Hook:
The village festival ended three days ago, but the carved pumpkins in the square have not rotted — they have multiplied. When the party investigates, one of them uncurls from the earth on a nest of vines, skull fragments tumbling from its base, and fixes them with a grin that has far too many teeth for something that grew in a field.
Details
Supplied at 32mm tabletop scale. The scenic base is included and attaches easily with a small amount of glue. Some minor clean-up of support marks may be required — easily handled with a hobby knife or fine sandpaper.
