Fiona Dead-Eye Stuggart is a harpoon marksman from DM Stash's Blood on the Sails collection — a pirate setting steeped in saltwater, betrayal, and the particular violence of life at sea. Fiona carries herself with the unhurried confidence of someone who has learned to let her weapon do the talking: a great barbed harpoon balanced across her shoulder, a heavy coil of rope looped at her side, ready to drag prey off a deck or through a hull. Her single visible eye is cool and calculating beneath the eyepatch. Layered leather armour, a battered long coat, and a studded sash all speak to years of working ships rather than commanding them — she is a specialist, not a figurehead.

The sculpt captures that laconic readiness with real precision. From the detailed rope coil to the crossguard of the harpoon shaft and the textured diamond-pattern of her mid-section armour, every surface rewards a close look — whether you're setting her down on a hex map or positioning her on a display shelf. The scenic base depicts a section of ship's deck with coiled rigging, rooting Fiona firmly in a world of creaking timber and open water. Two alternate views of the sculpt — front-on and rear quarter — show the quality of the backwork, including the flowing split of her coat and the flowing fall of her hair.

A fine choice for adventurers who:

  • Need a named pirate NPC with a distinct identity and a story already written in her scars
  • Are running a nautical or coastal campaign and want a credible rival, bounty hunter, or reluctant ally
  • Play a Rogue, Ranger, or Fighter with a sea-faring background and want a character piece that looks the part
  • Collect display miniatures from maritime or swashbuckling fantasy settings

Encounter Hook:
The party's ship drops anchor in a fog-shrouded cove only to find Fiona Dead-Eye already there, harpoon resting on her shoulder, a folded contract in her hand — someone has paid for their retrieval, and she's already counted the gold.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. The scenic ship-deck base is a separate piece and attaches with superglue — the design is built to complement the figure, and the two work best displayed together. Suitable for priming and painting or use straight from the box as an unpainted display piece.
