Few pieces of scatter terrain communicate danger, consequence, and atmosphere quite like a gallows. This sculpt from Great Grimoire captures the grim scene with remarkable narrative detail — a figure suspended inverted from the crossbeam by bound ankles, arms trailing downward, beard pointing skyward. A weathered wooden platform with a short staircase anchors the piece, while a raven perches atop a barrel to one side, a silent and knowing witness. A winged hand reaches down from above, lending the scene an uncanny, almost supernatural quality that makes this far more than a simple execution prop.

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the village of Ashenmoor to find the market square deserted — save for this gallows, and the figure swaying gently from it. Closer inspection reveals the hanged man is still breathing, barely, and the symbol carved into the platform belongs to an order the party has encountered before. The raven blinks. It knows something. It is not going to tell them easily.
This piece is scaled to 35mm. If you would prefer a different scale, send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate you. Base options are available — if you select the decorative base, please include a note with your preferred style. The base ships separately and can be attached with a small amount of glue.
