Description

He came down from the hill country three days ago, crook in hand and a look in his eye that says he's seen something out there — something the village elders won't believe.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This halfling shepherd cuts a quietly striking figure. Dressed in a cross-laced leather tunic, buckled belt, and shaggy fur-trimmed boots, he holds a tall shepherd's crook with the easy confidence of someone who's walked long roads alone. His pointed ears and sharp expression suggest there's more to him than tending flocks — a wanderer, perhaps, or a Druid in the early days of his calling, still reading the land before he learns to speak to it.

The sculpt captures that particular halfling quality: compact and grounded, but radiating a stubborn, self-possessed energy. He'd be equally at home as a party's unexpected guide through the marshes, a local NPC with secrets, or a player character taking their first steps away from the Shire-like comfort of home.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a rural NPC with genuine character — a shepherd, scout, or wayward Druid
  • Are building a halfling PC and want a miniature that tells a story before a word is spoken
  • Run campaigns with pastoral settings, overland travel, or village-based encounters
  • Collect character-rich humanoid miniatures for display as well as play

Encounter Hook:
The party finds him sitting at the crossroads at dusk, staff planted in the mud, watching the treeline. He says he lost three sheep to something in the wood last night — but his flock is nowhere to be seen, and the tracks around him don't look like sheep at all.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale, ready for priming and painting. The miniature comes with a detailed scenic base. As with all hand-finished pieces, minor marks from the printing process are possible — these are easily tidied up and are part of working with artisan prints.
