This is the Sword variant of the Halfling Juggernaut, and it carries every bit of the character's reputation in the sculpt. The figure crouches into a low, aggressive stance, broadsword gripped and angled across the body — a posture that reads less as defence and more as the moment before a very bad day for whoever's standing opposite. The armour is heavily plated: layered pauldrons, riveted chest plate, and articulated limb guards all marked with battle damage — scratches, dents, and stress lines that tell a story without a single word of flavour text. A mail coif frames a visored helm, and the figure's free hand curls at the side, knuckles heavy and ready.
For painters, the armour surfaces offer an excellent canvas for metallic work — the layered damage and rivet detail reward drybrushing and oil washes equally well. The silhouette is compact but commanding, the kind of miniature that draws the eye on a crowded battle map. Whether you're representing a halfling Fighter, a Paladin who never learned the meaning of retreat, or a mercenary who's earned every dent in that armour, this sculpt earns its place on the table and the shelf.
The Juggernaut is offered in two base options — with a plain base or without — so you can fit it to your existing basing scheme or build something entirely your own.
- Adventurers building a halfling Fighter or Paladin with a weathered, veteran feel
- DMs running encounters where a small but ferocious frontline warrior needs to make an impression
- Painters who want well-defined armour surfaces with genuine battle-worn texture
- Collectors drawn to characterful martial sculpts that hold their own at any scale
Encounter Hook: The party has been hired to bring in a wanted halfling mercenary known only as the Ironshort — said to have single-handedly held a bridge against a warband of gnolls for three hours. When they find him crouched in the ruins of a roadside inn, broadsword across his knees and three bodies already on the floor, negotiations become immediately complicated.
