Gralia is a halfling fighter who radiates cheerful menace. She stands with a casual, shoulders-back confidence — a trident resting across her back, goggles perched on her curly hair, and a clearly-very-much-alive mimic held casually at her side like a particularly dangerous handbag. Her quilted armour is well-worn, her leg plates practical rather than ceremonial, and her expression suggests she is already two steps ahead of whatever encounter you've planned for her.
The mimic lantern is a particular delight — all jagged teeth and straining jaw, held with the kind of nonchalant grip that suggests this isn't the first weird creature Gralia has domesticated. Combined with the trident and those aviator-style goggles, she reads as a fighter who has spent time in unusual places and come out of it with both loot and stories.
Gralia works just as well as a Dungeon Master's cheerfully unpredictable city contact as she does anchoring a player's adventuring party. Painted up in worn leather tones with weathered metal and a bright, toothy lantern, she'll be one of the most characterful minis on your shelf.
Adventurers who'll love Gralia:
- Players building a halfling Fighter, Battlemaster, or eccentric Artificer-adjacent character
- Dungeon Masters who need a memorable, small-but-dangerous NPC
- Painters who want a model packed with detail across armour, equipment, and expression
- Collectors drawn to unconventional, character-rich sculpts with real personality
Encounter Hook: The party arrives at the Rusted Compass, a tavern known for fencing unusual goods. Their contact turns out to be a curly-haired halfling at the bar, absentmindedly feeding something in the glowing container at her feet. As she stands to greet them, the container snaps at a nearby stool leg. "Don't mind Biscuit," Gralia says. "She's just hungry. So am I. Shall we talk business?"
