Description

He speaks little, charges nothing, and when he finally moves his hands from that careful fold at his chest, someone doesn't walk away.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This half-orc ronin cuts an unusual figure on the tabletop — robes wrapped tightly at the waist, a beautifully detailed conical straw hat casting shadow across his face, and an unmistakable stillness that speaks to years of discipline. The bamboo-handled firearm tucked at his side hints at a past life, a different road, and a set of skills he's never quite left behind. Whether he's a wandering mercenary haunted by old loyalties, a disgraced warrior walking the road of redemption, or a Monk/Fighter multiclass with a flair for the dramatic, this sculpt carries genuine narrative weight.

The pose — hands clasped at the chest, weight centred, expression unreadable — works equally well as a threatening NPC meeting the party at a crossroads or as a player character between moments of violence. The sculpted base features smooth river stones, grounding the figure in a world of mountain roads and forgotten monasteries. Both front and back of the sculpt reward attention, with fabric folds, belt strapping, and hat detailing holding up to close inspection and paint alike.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Play Monks, Fighters, or Gunslingers in an Eastern-inspired or Weird West campaign setting
  • Need a half-orc NPC with an air of quiet menace and a complicated past
  • Are building a ronin warband, wandering mercenary crew, or rival adventuring party
  • Want a display piece that rewards a careful zenithal undercoat and ink wash

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the bridge just as the fog rolls in off the river. A figure stands at the centre — robed, hat low, hands folded — and he doesn't move as they approach. He tells them, without looking up, that the man they're hunting passed through two days ago. Then he asks why they want him dead, and whether the answer will satisfy him. The dice are about to matter.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. The model on the sculpted stone base comes as a single piece; the plain-base variant ships with the base detached for easy gluing. Supports are removed before dispatch — the figure arrives ready for priming and painting, or use it straight from the box as-is. Minor marks from the print process may occasionally occur and are easily addressed before painting.
