Description

She wears the skulls of her bargains around her waist, and her fingers are already reaching for yours.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This Sea Hag sculpt captures the creature mid-incantation — bare feet planted, flowing robes billowing, and both hands clawed outward as if mid-curse or mid-command. A belt of skulls cinches her waist, her pointed ears mark her fey heritage, and her expression is one of cold, hungry focus. Every detail serves the threat. This is a creature who has made a thousand deals, and every one of them ended badly for the other party.

Sea Hags occupy a fascinating space in D&D lore — powerful enough to form covens, cunning enough to manipulate entire coastal communities, and ancient enough to remember when the world was stranger. Whether you're running a nautical campaign, a fey-tinged horror arc, or a dark bargain subplot, this sculpt brings that dread presence directly to your table. She works equally well as a centrepiece villain, a coven member alongside other hags, or a memorable encounter NPC who leaves adventurers unsettled long after the session ends.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Are running Sea Hag encounters, coven rituals, or coastal horror sessions
  • Need a compelling fey villain or manipulative NPC for their campaign
  • Want a character with genuine shelf presence for display collecting
  • Are painting a dark fantasy project and want a sculpt with real detail to work with

Encounter Hook:
The fishing village has prospered for three seasons straight — suspiciously so. The morning the party arrives, a widow presses a cold, salt-damp hand into the ranger's and whispers: "She comes at low tide. She always collects what she's owed." That night, the tide goes out further than it should.

Supplied as a single piece attached to a round base. Scaled to 32mm. Unpainted grey resin, ready for priming and painting or use straight from the box. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all resin printing, minor surface marks may occasionally occur and are easily tidied up.
