This is pose 02 of our Hag range from Yasashii Kyojin Studio, and she's a creature of deeply unsettling subtlety. Where other hag sculpts lean into open menace, this one hides her malice behind a stooped, shuffling frame — tattered robes trailing at her bare, bony feet, lank hair obscuring a sunken, sharp-featured face, and a wicker basket clutched in grasping fingers. A crow perches at her back, tilting its head with the kind of knowing intelligence that sets adventurers' nerves on edge. She looks like someone's grandmother. She is absolutely not someone's grandmother.
Whether you're placing her as a coven elder lurking at the edges of a Feywild market, a hag in disguise running a cursed apothecary stall, or an ancient Night Hag whose true form your players haven't yet uncovered — this sculpt brings layers of story to the table before a single die is rolled. She's equally at home in a Ravenloft campaign as she is haunting the bogs of a classic forest hex crawl. A fine addition to any painted miniatures display as well as the gaming table.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a hag NPC who reads as deceptively mundane before the horror reveals itself
- Are running a coven encounter, a dark bargain, or a corrupted Feywild storyline
- Want a characterful villain miniature that doubles as a display piece
- Are building a Ravenloft, Witchwood, or fey-touched encounter scene
Encounter Hook:
The party spots her at the crossroads market — a bent old woman selling dried herbs and clay figurines from a battered basket, a crow watching them from her back. The Paladin's divine sense triggers the moment she smiles at them, but before they can act, she presses a small wrapped bundle into the youngest party member's hand: "For the journey ahead, dear. No charge." She's gone before they can question her. The bundle contains exactly what they need — and something they very much didn't ask for.
