This is the third sculpt in our Hag range from Monster Atlas, and she is a formidable presence on any tabletop. Broad-shouldered and draped in layered robes, she carries a gnarled staff crowned with a skull, her free hand curled into wicked claws. A crown of antlers rises from her wild hair, and her expression is one of gleeful malice — the look of someone who has already won, and is simply waiting for you to realise it. She would fit seamlessly into a Feywild court as a Green Hag elder, a Night Hag haunting the Border Ethereal, or a swamp coven's most dangerous member.
Whether you're building out a full hag coven for a long-running campaign or adding a memorable villain NPC to a one-shot built around dark bargains and twisted wishes, this sculpt delivers the character and menace the role demands. She paints up brilliantly for display collectors too — the detail in the staff, the antlers, and the layered clothing gives a painter plenty to work with.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a coven leader, swamp witch, or fey-touched antagonist for a D&D or TTRPG campaign
- Are building an encounter around dark bargains, corrupted wishes, or cursed contracts
- Want a display-worthy centrepiece villain for a collection or painting project
- Are collecting multiple sculpts from the Hag range for a full coven encounter
Encounter Hook:
The party tracks a string of villagers who vanished after visiting an old healer in the marshes. They find her cottage easily enough — she left the path lit for them. She already knows why they've come, offers tea without being asked, and begins negotiating before anyone has spoken a word. The skull on her staff seems fresher than the rest of the décor.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and base are separate pieces, easily attached with superglue — the sculpt is designed to work with its decorative base, so we recommend using it as intended. Arrives unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushwork or enjoyable straight off the shelf as a grey resin display piece.
