This is the Hades Demon — a towering, broad-shouldered fiend who carries himself with the quiet authority of something ancient and thoroughly unimpressed. Large curved horns sweep upward from a furrowed brow, while spiked pauldrons frame a bare, muscular torso draped in a tattered lower robe. In one hand he grips a gnarled serpent staff — the coiled head resting at the top as though listening. His expression is not rage; it is certainty. He already knows how this encounter ends.
Whether you need a demon lord, a Warlock's patron made flesh, an infernal emissary, or simply one of the most commanding presences on the table, this sculpt delivers the weight and menace that a figure of his station demands. Equally suited to D&D 5e encounters and display collecting, he's the kind of piece that earns a permanent spot on the shelf.
A great choice for adventurers who:
- Need a demon lord, pit fiend stand-in, or infernal boss for a campaign climax
- Are building a Warlock PC whose patron has finally decided to show up in person
- Run infernal courts, Avernus-adjacent campaigns, or underworld-themed arcs
- Collect display-worthy character pieces with genuine presence
Encounter Hook:
The party has spent three sessions dismantling the cult — their rituals disrupted, their summoning circle destroyed. They feel victorious. Then, at the edge of the ruined shrine, a single set of hoof-prints leads inward from the darkness. He was never summoned. He simply came to see who was making all the noise.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale on an oval base. The base arrives detached and can be secured with a small amount of glue. Arrives ready for priming and painting, or use straight from the box — the sculpt holds its own in either state.
