This is Hades as the battlefield remembers him: a towering warlord of death and dominion, clad in fractured bone-plate armour that seems to have grown from the corpse of something far larger. His tattered cloak streams behind him like a funeral shroud caught in a necrotic gale, and in one gauntleted hand he carries a great jagged staff crowned with a blade that looks less forged and more conjured — all jagged edges and spectral menace. He stands atop a detailed sculpted base embedded with skulls and crumbling masonry, as if the ground itself is offering him tribute. This is a display-scale sculpt with presence to spare, equally at home anchoring a climactic campaign encounter or commanding a shelf display.

Encounter Hook:
The party arrived at the Tomb of the Pale Compact expecting to find it sealed. Instead the doors were open, the wards were shattered from the inside, and at the far end of the nave stood a figure holding a staff that hummed with the voices of a thousand bound souls — waiting, as though it had always known they were coming.
