This is the Hades Bust by Witchsong Miniatures — a large-format display sculpt depicting a fearsome death-lord in towering, layered dark armour. The chest plate is engraved with a snarling demonic face, a detail that speaks to a creature whose very regalia is a warning. Jagged pauldrons flare outward like broken blades, and a crown of bone-white spikes rises from the skull above a gaunt, hollow-eyed visage — the face of something that has governed death so long it has forgotten what warmth feels like. The sculpt sits on a chunky, rune-bordered plinth base, giving it the presence of a centrepiece rather than a combat piece.

As a bust, this is a painter's challenge and a collector's prize. The surface is rich with textural contrast — rough stone-like cloaking fabric against smooth, angular armour planes — giving anyone with a brush plenty of opportunity to push their skills.
