Description

Coiled in silent vigil, the Guardian Naga watches over sacred places with a will as old as the gods themselves — and woe to any who mistake its patience for weakness.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Guardian Naga occupies a fascinating space in D&D 5e lore — not a mindless monster, but a celestial-touched serpent bound by divine purpose to protect temples, tombs, and holy sites across the ages. This sculpt captures that duality brilliantly: the hooded cobra's flared neck and coiled, powerful body speak of raw danger, while the crowned, almost regal face hints at something far more ancient and knowing. The spined crown of bony frills frames a face that seems to be weighing your party's worth rather than simply sizing up its next meal.

Whether you're running a desert ruin delve, a lost temple arc, or a morally complicated encounter where the party must negotiate with something that could kill them all in three rounds, this miniature brings immediate presence to the table. It works equally well as a painted display piece — those overlapping scale textures and the dramatic upright strike pose reward careful brushwork with highlighted highlights and deep washes.

A great addition for adventurers who:

  • Need a formidable guardian creature for a temple, vault, or holy site encounter
  • Want a morally complex monster that talks before it strikes
  • Are building a desert, jungle, or ancient-civilisation campaign setting
  • Paint display miniatures and want a sculpt with rich surface texture to work with
  • Collect monsters from the 2025 Monster Manual range

Encounter Hook:
The party descends into the sunken temple of a forgotten sun god — only to find it already occupied. The Guardian Naga hasn't attacked. It's waiting, watching, and when the paladin steps forward, it speaks: "State your lineage and your purpose, or be judged unworthy of breath." One wrong word and Initiative is rolled. One right word and they may have just gained the most dangerous ally in the campaign.
