Description

Deep in the canopy where sunlight fractures into jade and gold, the Grung Druid stands watch — not with blade or spell, but with a single great bloom that the jungle itself seems to lean towards.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Grung are small, vibrantly coloured frog-folk whose society is rigidly stratified by colour — and a Druid among them is a rare and revered figure, one who has turned their innate connection to the rainforest into something far older and stranger than poison. This sculpt captures that contradiction beautifully: a squat, wide-eyed amphibian figure robed in simple cloth, rope-belted at the waist, wearing a crown of leaf-like petals around their broad head. In one hand they carry a tall wooden staff topped with a fully bloomed sunflower — a focal point that immediately tells you this is no mere fighter, but a keeper of living things. The expression is wonderfully characterful: calm, watchful, utterly unhurried.

Whether you're running a Chult-inspired jungle campaign, a Feywild arc where the boundaries between nature and magic blur completely, or simply want a memorable druid NPC with genuine presence on the table, this miniature carries real narrative weight. It works equally well as a painted display piece for collectors who appreciate expressive, lore-rich character sculpts.

Suited to adventurers who:

  • Need a distinctive Grung NPC — a tribe elder, quest-giver, or spiritual guide
  • Are playing or DMing a jungle, swamp, or rainforest campaign
  • Want a Druid player character mini with a genuinely unusual silhouette
  • Collect character sculpts that reward careful painting — the staff, belt clasp, and petal crown all offer great detail work
  • Love Feywild-adjacent encounters where nature has a voice and a will of its own

Encounter Hook:
The party has been following the river for three days when they find the path blocked — not by enemies, but by a wall of flowering vines that wasn't there yesterday. Seated at the centre of it, staff planted in the earth, is a Grung no larger than a halfling child, watching them with enormous, unreadable eyes. The vines part when she speaks. She has one question before she'll let them through: what have they planted this year?

Details

Printed at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black display base — the base ships unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. As with all hand-finished miniatures, minor marks from support removal may occasionally be present; these are easily tidied up before priming.
