Grimlock by Monster Atlas
Description
Before the party could ready their weapons, the ground shook — and Grimlock came screaming out of the dark, bone club raised and teeth bared.

- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Grimlock is the kind of encounter that makes players sit up straight. Massive, bare-chested, and barely contained by his tattered hide loin cloth, this ogre-class brute charges forward mid-stride with a roughly lashed bone club hefted across his shoulders and one meaty fist cocked back — a creature whose only strategy is forward momentum and overwhelming force. The sculpt captures him mid-charge, mouth open in a full battle roar, every muscle coiled with savage intent. This is not a creature that negotiates.
Whether you're placing him at the head of a raiding warband, statting him as a lone predator haunting a mountain pass, or using him to mark the lair of something even worse, Grimlock gives Dungeon Masters a visceral physical presence at the table. Equally at home on a display shelf, where that charging pose reads as a freeze-frame of something terrifying mid-rampage.
Well-suited to adventurers who:
- Run D&D 5e encounters that need a credible physical threat
- Want a striking display piece that tells its own story from the shelf
- Are building humanoid raider encounters, hill giant warbands, or dungeon-level boss fights
- Love painting expressive, character-rich sculpts with strong muscle and skin texture
Encounter Hook:
The village headman swears it was one creature — but the damage looks like a siege. Three homes collapsed, the well destroyed, livestock taken whole. A single trail of enormous bare footprints leads east into the hills. Somewhere up there, Grimlock is still hungry.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and base are separate pieces, attached easily with super glue — and the decorative base is worth using, as the pose is designed to interact with it. Printed with care to preserve the sculptor's fine detail; any minor marks from the printing process can be cleaned up before painting. Suitable for priming and painting straight away, or use as-is for encounters.
