Description

Where the wind stops obeying the laws of nature and starts obeying something far older, the Greater Air Elemental tears itself free from the plane of storms and descends upon the mortal world.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This miniature captures two variants of the Greater Air Elemental sculpted by Mia Kay M3DM — each figure a swirling column of wind-whipped robes and elemental energy, trailing into a spiralling vortex below. The flowing fabric and dynamic upper bodies convey tremendous kinetic force, as though the creature is mid-surge, reaching outward with an open hand. Whether representing a summoned planar entity, a living storm front, or the wrath of a wind deity, these sculpts carry genuine elemental menace at the tabletop.

Air elementals occupy a fascinating design space in D&D 5e — not mindless like a golem, not malevolent like a fiend, but utterly alien in their sense of self. A Greater Air Elemental is a creature of pure motion: fast, unpredictable, and devastating in open terrain. Use it as a guardian of ancient sky temples, a servant of a djinn court, or the terrible consequence of a ritual gone wrong. Both for gaming encounters and display collecting, this sculpt brings genuine presence to a shelf or a battlemat.

Well-suited for adventurers who:

  • Need a large elemental creature for D&D 5e or other TTRPG encounters
  • Are running planar campaigns, elemental cults, or djinn-touched storylines
  • Want a display piece with dramatic movement and flowing detail
  • Are building a collection of elemental monsters across all four planes

Encounter Hook:
The party has climbed to the summit of the Spire of Kethara to retrieve the stolen Windstone — only to find it already claimed. The stone pulses at the chest of a robed figure whose lower half has dissolved into churning air. She does not speak. She does not need to. The vortex beneath her begins to expand, and the narrow stone bridge behind the party starts to crack.
