Description
Born from the raw chaos of Limbo, the Gray Slaad is no mindless brute — it is a thinking predator that plants its eggs in the living and watches civilisation rot from the inside out.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This is pose 3 of our Gray Slaad range, sculpted by Novaminis. Where some slaad sculpts lean into a lurking stillness, this one is caught mid-advance — weight shifted forward, those enormous clawed hands splayed wide and ready to rake. A crown of bone-white spines erupts from its head, its warty hide is thick with nodules and bony protrusions, and the expression on that wide amphibian face carries exactly the kind of casual menace a CR 10 creature deserves. The sculpt captures every grotesque detail: the over-long talons, the heavy haunches, the layered spines along the shoulders and flanks — the sort of anatomical wrongness that makes players at the table take a second look.
Whether you're running a Limbo-adjacent planar arc, a body-horror infection subplot, or simply want a genuinely unsettling monster to drop on the table, this sculpt earns its place in both active campaigns and display collections.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Run D&D 5e encounters featuring slaadi, chaos creatures, or aberrations
- Are building a planar or Limbo-themed campaign arc
- Want a fearsome boss-tier monster with serious table presence
- Collect and paint creature miniatures for display
- Need multiple slaad variants — check our other Gray Slaad poses for the full range
Encounter Hook:
The party's cleric wakes in the night, clawing at their own chest — a faint rhythmic movement just beneath the skin. By dawn, a Gray Slaad is standing at the edge of camp, head tilted, watching. It isn't hunting them. It's waiting.
