Description

From the howling chaos of Limbo it comes — a grey-skinned nightmare of raking claws and jagged horns, carrying the curse of slaad reproduction in every slash of its talons.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This is pose 01 of the Gray Slaad range from Novaminis, and it captures the creature mid-lunge with unmistakable aggression. The sculpt shows every hallmark of the Gray Slaad's horrifying anatomy: a bloated, warty torso bristling with bony protrusions, a maw crowded with uneven fangs, a crown of curved horns, and those signature multi-clawed forelimbs splayed wide — one reaching out like a trap about to close. The stance is coiled and predatory, weight shifted forward as though the thing has already chosen its target. Novaminis have captured the creature's unsettling mix of amphibian bulk and predatory speed in sharp, high-detail sculpt work that rewards careful painting.

Gray Slaadi are no mere foot soldiers — they are spellcasting shapeshifters capable of passing for humanoid until the moment they don't need to anymore. On the tabletop, this miniature brings genuine menace to any encounter involving the planes, chaos cults, or the infection mechanics that make slaadi so feared by players who know their lore.

Brilliant for adventurers who:

  • Are running planar adventures or Limbo-adjacent campaigns
  • Want a monster that unsettles players even before it rolls initiative
  • Enjoy the challenge of painting chaotic, textured skin and organic detail
  • Are building a slaad encounter set using multiple poses in this range
  • Collect display-worthy monsters as well as gaming pieces

Encounter Hook:
Three members of the Merchant Guild have gone missing in the Dock Ward over the past fortnight. When the party investigates, a Guild clerk they interview mid-conversation loses composure, excuses himself — and the party's tracker notices the claw marks on the inside of the door frame. Something has already started the infection. The Gray Slaad that slips out of the window is only the first problem.
