This is the Graveyard Statue 01 from Novaminis — a towering winged angel figure mounted on a carved stone plinth. Her hands are raised to cover her face in a gesture that reads equally as mourning or as warning. A radiant crown of spikes encircles her head, and at the foot of the statue, a ring of skulls lines the pedestal base. The plinth itself is engraved with a circular arcane relief — worn at the edges, cracked in places, and unmistakably ancient. Every angle of the sculpt rewards examination: feathered wings spread wide behind her, draped robes fall in heavy folds, and the rear of the statue reveals more carved detail on the column and base.
As graveyard scatter terrain, this piece works beautifully as a centrepiece or a sinister landmark — a fixed point on the battlemap around which your encounter is built. It suits Ravenloft campaigns, gothic horror arcs, and any adventure venturing into consecrated (or long-desecrated) ground. Encounter Hook:
The party enters the fog-shrouded graveyard at midnight, torches guttering. At its centre stands the angel — and as they approach, they notice the skulls at her base are freshly placed, still bearing traces of soil. A DC 14 Perception check reveals faint scratch marks on the plinth, as though something has been climbing it from the inside.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black display base — the base is unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. As with all hand-finished prints, minor surface marks may occasionally be present; these are easily tidied up before priming. The miniature arrives fully cured and ready for paint.
