This Gothic Xmas Bauble from Great Grimoire is scatter terrain with genuine character. Modelled after the grand tracery of cathedral windows, its latticed orb features pointed arches, quatrefoil rosettes, and delicate ribbing that would look equally at home adorning the spire of a winter palace or dangling from the rafters of a frost witch's lair. The two poses shown — one closed and suspended, one open like a reliquary split apart — give this piece a sense of narrative: something was kept inside, or something has just been released.

Encounter Hook:
The village elder says the old bauble has hung from the same beam in the chapel for three hundred years — but this morning, when the sexton arrived for dawn prayers, it was open. Whatever it once contained is gone. The frost on the floor beneath it spells out a single word in a language no one here recognises. The party has until nightfall to find out what escaped.
Supplied as scatter terrain at 35mm scale — please message us if you'd prefer a different scale and we'll do our best to accommodate. The piece is supplied unpainted and ready for priming. As with all detailed resin terrain, some minor marks from the printing process are possible; these are easily tidied up before painting. Supports will be removed prior to dispatch.
