Description

The brazier has burned for three hundred years, they say — and whatever feeds its flame is not wood.

  • ✔ Resin terrain piece, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted — primes and paints easily
  • ✔ Compatible with standard 28mm–32mm miniature scales
  • ✔ Works on the gaming table and as part of a display diorama

This Gothic Brazier from Mia Kay M3DM is a richly detailed piece of scatter terrain that earns its place on any dark fantasy table. Mounted on a weathered stone plinth dressed with hanging bone fragments or tattered garlands, the woven basket overflows with jagged kindling and an eruption of wild, twisting flame. The sculpt has real character — the kind of detail that makes players stop mid-session and ask what that thing is burning.

Whether it's lighting the antechamber of a lich's sanctum, marking the perimeter of a cultist ritual circle, or casting long shadows across a cursed village square, this brazier does exactly what great terrain should: it makes the location feel lived-in, dangerous, and memorable. Equally at home as a display piece on a painting shelf as it is on a battle map.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Want gothic or dark fantasy scatter terrain with genuine sculptural detail
  • Are building dungeon rooms, temple encounters, or cursed settlement scenes
  • Need atmospheric props that double as line-of-sight blockers or objective markers
  • Collect and paint detailed terrain pieces for dioramas or display

Encounter Hook:
The party has tracked the cult to an abandoned church on the moor's edge. As they approach, they see four of these braziers flaring to life in sequence — one at each corner of the building — despite no one having lit them. Whatever the ritual is, it has already begun.

Scaled to 32mm for compatibility with standard tabletop miniatures. The model on the decorative base comes as a single piece. The plain-base version ships with the base detached and can be secured with a small amount of glue. Both versions arrive support-removed and ready for priming, painting, or immediate use as-is.
