Description

Ancient and armoured beyond reason, the Gorgon charges from the mist — a living siege engine that has shattered castle gates and scattered entire warbands without slowing its stride.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

In D&D lore, the Gorgon is no ordinary beast. This bull-shaped monstrosity is encased head to hoof in overlapping iron plates, its hide as hard as chainmail and its breath capable of turning flesh to stone. It doesn't stalk its prey — it simply charges, because nothing in its territory has ever given it reason to do otherwise. This sculpt by MZ4250 captures that sense of unstoppable mass beautifully: head lowered, horns forward, every panel of natural armour plating rendered with remarkable detail across the neck, shoulders, flanks, and legs. A ridge of spines runs along its spine, and the hooves are banded like a warhorse prepared for battle. It reads as a creature utterly at home in its own power.

Whether you're placing it on a hex map as a wandering monster the party deeply regrets investigating, or painting it up as a centrepiece for your display shelf, the Gorgon makes an immediate impression. Equally suited to gaming encounters and collector displays.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Run D&D 5e or other TTRPG encounters featuring powerful beast-type creatures
  • Want a large, imposing miniature with exceptional surface detail for painting
  • Are building wilderness, plains, or cursed-land encounter tables that need a memorable centrepiece
  • Collect fantasy creature miniatures for display as well as play

Encounter Hook:
The party has been hired to retrieve a scholar's research journal from a ruined keep on the edge of the Ashfields — but as they approach the crumbling gatehouse, they find the stonework smashed inward, not outward, and the grass around it pressed flat in great circular depressions. Something enormous paces just beyond the treeline. The journal is still in there. So is whatever made those tracks.
