Description

The ground shakes before you see it — hooves like iron anvils, a ridge of blade-edged plates running the length of its spine, and eyes that have already decided you are not a threat worth acknowledging.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Gorgon is one of D&D's most underused terrors, and Yasashii Kyojin Studio's sculpt does it full justice. This is no ordinary bull — the body is wrapped in overlapping armoured plates that spiral across its torso like interlocked shields, a dorsal ridge of sharp, blade-like spines runs from neck to haunches, and the cloven hooves taper into vicious points. Every angle of this sculpt communicates mass, aggression, and barely-contained momentum. It captures exactly the creature described in the Monster Manual: a living siege engine with the temperament of something that has never once lost a fight.

Photographed here from three angles — three-quarter front, full profile, and rear three-quarter — the sculpt's depth and detail are evident throughout. The sweeping plate armour catches light beautifully across the flanks, and the dorsal spines create a dramatic silhouette from every viewing angle. This is a miniature that rewards both the painter and the collector equally.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a mid-to-high CR encounter beast that reads as genuinely dangerous on the table
  • Are running a plains, volcanic wasteland, or cursed farmland encounter
  • Want a showpiece creature that doubles as a display piece between sessions
  • Are building a bestiary collection of D&D Monstrosities

Encounter Hook:
The farmers of Ashenford haven't reported a missing herd animal in three weeks — because there are no herd animals left. The party follows a trail of shattered stone fence posts and deep hoof-gouged earth to the treeline, where the undergrowth has been simply walked through rather than parted. Whatever made these tracks didn't slow down for anything.

Supplied unpainted and ready for priming. Scaled to 32mm. Minor imperfections from the printing process are possible; any residual marks are easily addressed before painting. Supplied without a scenic base unless otherwise stated.
