Groc is the kind of warlord who doesn't need armour to inspire terror. This bust captures him mid-roar, a massive rune-etched cleaver raised over one shoulder, his scarred and bearded face twisted into an expression of absolute, unstoppable fury. Coarse fur drapes one shoulder, and the ornate base beneath him — carved with interlocking tribal knotwork — gives the whole piece the weight of a trophy or a monument. This is not a warrior who has climbed the ranks. This is a force of nature that the ranks formed around.
