Every goblin warband has a runt who clawed, stabbed, and schemed his way to the top — and this sculpt captures that energy with gleeful precision. The Goblin Tribe King strides forward mid-lunge, a wicked dagger raised and ready, his free hand curled into claws as though daring anyone to question his authority. His expression is a sharp-toothed grin that sits somewhere between gloating and genuine menace.
The sculpt rewards a painter's attention throughout. His rope-belted tunic drapes with natural movement, and his legs are wrapped in crude cloth bindings. The crown — spiked and studded — sits askew atop his pointed ears, giving him the air of a ruler who earned his throne through sheer audacity rather than birthright. Tooth-and-bone jewellery hangs at his neck, reinforcing the tribal flavour without veering into caricature.
As a gaming piece, the Goblin Tribe King slots in as a goblin boss, gang leader, or small-scale BBEG for lower-level encounters. As a display piece, he's a characterful subject with plenty of textural contrast — flesh, rope, fabric, metal, and bone — that gives painters a satisfying range of techniques to explore.
Base options are available at checkout: choose a plain round base or a decorative sculpted base to suit your table or display setup.

Encounter Hook
The party has been tracking a series of merchant-road ambushes to a ravine cave system. When they breach the inner chamber, they don't find a brute — they find a wiry goblin in a tilted crown, surrounded by cowering underlings, who opens negotiations by flipping a stolen signet ring through the air and saying, very slowly, "I know who sent you, and I know something they don't want you to know."
