This is pose 03 of the Goblin Smuggler range by Novaminis, and it's the most brazenly aggressive of the set. This goblin has clearly nicked a sword far too large for his station — a proper crossguarded longsword hoisted above his head in a two-handed battle cry — and he does not care one bit that it outweighs him. Clad in a studded leather breastplate etched with crude knotwork, a wide buckled belt, and spiked pauldrons that scream 'borrowed from a corpse', every detail of the sculpt tells a story. His boots are heavy, his expression is feral, and his free hand is balled into a fist at his side. This is a goblin who has promoted himself to threat level.
The sculpt captures that particular flavour of goblin that DMs love — dangerous enough to be taken seriously, chaotic enough to be unpredictable, and characterful enough to remember long after the session ends. Equally at home on a display shelf or a battlemap, he works as a rank-and-file enforcer, a smuggling gang lieutenant, or the scrappy little villain who keeps escaping to cause trouble in later sessions.

Encounter Hook:
The party tracks a stolen shipment to a riverside warehouse — only to find the goblin crew has already divided the loot, armed themselves from their haul, and elected this particular maniac as their new leader. He's standing on a crate. He's holding a sword that cost more than the party's combined equipment. He's smiling.
Scaled to 32mm and supplied unpainted, ready for priming and painting straight out of the box. Available with or without a plain black base — the base is supplied unattached and can be secured with a small amount of glue. Each miniature is individually quality checked; as with all hand-finished pieces, minor marks from support removal may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up.
