Description
He'll fix your sword for three copper pieces and only steal one of them — the Goblin Smith is open for business, whether you like it or not.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Every goblin warband has one: the wiry, grinning wretch who keeps the weapons sharp, the traps wound tight, and the chief's favour by knowing when to make himself useful. The Goblin Smith is no warrior, but he's no pushover either. Clad in a battered leather apron tied round his bare torso with rope, hammer dangling at his side and one hand outstretched with the practiced air of someone about to negotiate something deeply unreasonable, he carries the unmistakable energy of a creature who has survived this long entirely on cunning and cheek.
This sculpt captures a goblin in his element — confident, leering, and utterly convinced he's got the upper hand. The detail on the apron stitching, the gnarled bare feet, and that toothy grin make him a genuine pleasure to paint, and a characterful presence on any tabletop whether he's running a cramped underground smithy or bartering stolen goods in the middle of a dungeon corridor. Equally at home as a recurring NPC, a quest-giver of dubious moral standing, or just the most memorable face in a goblin lair.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Want a distinctive goblin NPC beyond the standard sword-swinging mob
- Are building a goblin settlement, lair, or underground market encounter
- Need a characterful miniature for barter, negotiation, or morally grey interactions
- Enjoy painting expressive, personality-driven sculpts for display collections
Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking stolen equipment from a recent ambush. Following the trail leads them not to a war camp, but to a cramped cave forge lit by a guttering furnace — where a grinning goblin smith is cheerfully reforging their confiscated gear into something far more dangerous, while three nervous goblin guards block the only exit.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base ships unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Every miniature is checked before dispatch, though minor marks from support removal are possible and straightforward to tidy up with a file or blade. Suitable for priming and painting or displaying straight from the box. If you'd like a different scale, just get in touch.
