Dafsi the Goblin Queen is no cackling footnote in a random encounter table. She is a warlord, a conqueror, and a statement. Standing atop a ruined stone dais, she grips an antlered ritual staff in one clawed hand whilst the other hangs ready — casual, dangerous. Behind her looms a war banner of torn cloth strung between a cross-spear and decorated with dangling skulls, crowned by a helmeted skeleton at its peak. Skull motifs adorn her belt and accessories throughout, making her allegiance to death and dominion unmistakably clear. Her horned circlet, pointed ears, and predatory grin mark her as a creature who has clawed her way from the warrens to the throne — and intends to stay there.

This is a display-scale miniature with exceptional sculptural depth: the layered fur-wrapped boots, rope-bound bracers, and the flowing geometry of that war banner give painters a genuinely rewarding project. Equally at home as a Boss Monster centrepiece on the tabletop or as the focal point of a dark fantasy display shelf.

Encounter Hook:
The party has tracked stolen villagers into the hill warrens for three days — and now, emerging into a torchlit throne chamber, they find them alive, kneeling in rows before a stone dais. Dafsi stands above them with her antlered staff raised, mid-ritual, and twenty goblins watching from the shadows. She smiles when she sees the party. She was expecting them.
Supplied in grey resin, unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushes. Scaled to 32mm. The decorative dais base is included as a separate piece and attaches with standard hobby glue — the figure is sculpted to interact with the base, so we recommend using it. As with all hand-finished resin pieces, minor marks from the print process are possible; these are easily cleaned up before priming.
