This goblin isn't broken — far from it. He stands upright with a wiry, muscular frame, manacles clamped around both wrists linked by a heavy chain, and matching ankle shackles with a short connecting chain keeping his stride short. Bare-chested and wearing only ragged breeches, he carries the look of a creature used to captivity but not resigned to it. The large pointed ears, heavy brow, wide nose, and blank pale eyes give him a character that sits somewhere between pathetic and quietly dangerous — the kind of goblin who has been in worse spots and survived them all.
