Description

He's not here to cause trouble — he's here to sell you something, and the grin on his face suggests you're already paying too much.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This Goblin Merchant is no simple minion lurking in a dungeon corridor. He stands upright with a sly, self-satisfied smirk, hands clasped together at his chest — the universal pose of a creature who knows exactly what he's about. A satchel strap crosses his chest, a side pouch hangs at his hip, and his rolled sleeves speak of a goblin who gets things done through cunning rather than claws. He's the kind of NPC who makes your players immediately suspicious, and rightly so.

Whether he's flogging stolen adventuring gear at a goblin market, acting as a fence for a thieves' guild, or simply providing exposition wrapped in a very questionable deal, this mini brings genuine character to the table. He works just as well as a recurring NPC your party learns to tolerate as he does a one-session opportunist who vanishes with their coin purse. Equally at home on a display shelf as on the gaming table, he's a sculpt that rewards a careful paint job — those beady eyes and that knowing smirk are just waiting for some colour.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a distinctive goblin NPC who reads as cunning rather than feral
  • Are building market scenes, goblin settlements, or urban underbelly encounters
  • Want a morally ambiguous contact or recurring rogue-trader figure in their campaign
  • Enjoy painting expressive character faces with strong personality
  • Are growing a display collection of goblinoid character types

Encounter Hook:
The party finds him wedged into a back corner of the Brokenback Bazaar, surrounded by crates marked with the seal of a merchant guild that reported a warehouse robbery three days ago. He spots them clocking the crates, spreads his hands wide, and says — with complete sincerity — "Those? A gift. From a friend. Very generous friend. You want to buy?"

Details

Printed at 32mm scale and supplied as a single piece attached to a round base. The sculpt is detailed and holds fine surface texture well, making it a strong candidate for dry-brushing and layered washes to bring out the character's expression.
