This brawler is a goblin who has clearly decided that armour is for cowards and blades are for those who can't throw a proper punch. Barrel-chested, bare-footed, and radiating the kind of confidence that only comes from winning a lot of fights in very small spaces, he stands with fists raised and feet planted — wide stance, low centre of gravity, already reading your next move. The sculpt captures something genuinely rare in goblinoid miniatures: a sense of personality rather than just menace. That curling moustache, those knitted brows, the wrapped wrists — this is a fighter who has a reputation to maintain.
The detail throughout is tight and expressive. Frilled fabric cuffs at wrist and ankle give him a theatrical flair, as if he's dressed for a prize fight rather than a skirmish. The musculature is clearly defined without being exaggerated, and the rocky scenic base grounds him with real weight and presence. Whether you paint him as a pit fighter champion, a surprisingly dangerous tavern regular, or the enforcer for a goblin crime lord, the sculpt gives you a strong character to build a story around.
This miniature comes with base options to suit your collection or campaign — choose from a decorative scenic base, a plain base, or no base at all if you're mounting him on something custom.
Particularly well suited to adventurers who:
- Run goblinoid encounters that need something beyond the standard sword-and-shield grunt
- Want a fighter or monk-archetype goblin PC or NPC with bags of character
- Are building an urban fight pit, criminal underworld, or travelling carnival encounter
- Love a character mini that rewards expressive, dramatic paint schemes
- Collect goblinoid sculpts with distinct visual identities
Encounter Hook
The party's contact in the Lower Market has gone quiet. Following the trail leads them to the back room of a cramped fighting pit — and the current champion, a scarred goblin with wrapped fists and a moustache waxed to sharp points, who won't say a word until someone proves they're worth talking to. Initiative rolls, please.
