Description

They heard the music first — a cheerful, off-key strum echoing through the tavern — and by the time they realised the goblin was picking pockets with his free hand, the coin purses were already gone.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This is pose 2 of the Goblin Bard range from The Toadstool Weaver, and it captures the character's roguish charm in full swing — quite literally. The sculpt shows a goblin mid-dance, one foot raised, strumming a detailed lute with practiced fingers while his other hand shoots up in a triumphant point-to-the-sky gesture. He wears a wide-brimmed, stitched hat and studded leather trousers, and his expression is all smug confidence. Whether he's performing for coin or creating a distraction while his mates loot the back room, this little musician has a story written across every detail.

For Dungeon Masters, a goblin bard opens up a wealth of roleplaying opportunities — a reluctant informant, a travelling troublemaker, or the surprisingly charismatic leader of a goblin warband whose power comes not from fear but from an audience that can't quite look away. He works equally well as an NPC with personality to spare, or as a distinctive enemy encounter that players will actually remember.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a goblin with genuine character rather than just another snarling minion
  • Are building a tavern scene, travelling performer encounter, or goblin camp on the tabletop
  • Want a distinctive mini for a goblin Bard player character
  • Collect character-driven sculpts for display as well as gameplay

Encounter Hook:
The goblin calling himself "Grimblix the Magnificent" has been performing nightly at the Stumbling Pig for a week — and every morning after his set, one merchant in town reports a missing ledger, a lifted seal, or a quietly picked lock. Someone is paying him for more than music, and tonight he's eyeing the party's saddlebags.

Scaled to 32mm and supplied with an optional plain black base (unattached, ready to glue). Support marks are removed before dispatch; as with all hand-finished prints, minor imperfections may occasionally occur and are easily tidied up before priming. Suitable for painting, priming as-is, or displaying straight from the box.
