Hunched under the weight of his wares, this gnoll merchant is no warrior — but there's a shrewd intelligence behind those bared fangs. He carries an enormous pack laden with rolled scrolls, stacked tomes, coils of rope, pouches, and a small ornate chest, all bundled together and slung across his back with practised ease. His layered robes and rope-belted tunic mark him out from the fighters of the tribe, and his crouching, weight-bearing posture tells you he's been walking long roads for a very long time.
The sculpt is rich with narrative detail — from the carefully wrapped scroll tubes to the dangling satchel on his left side, every piece of his load looks like it was acquired with purpose. He's the gnoll who shows up at the edge of a goblin market, who always has exactly what you need for a price that seems fair until you realise what you've actually agreed to.
