Gnolls are not merely savage; they are deliberate in their savagery. Blessed — or cursed — by the demon lord Yeenoghu, they exist in a state of constant, joyful hunger. This is variation 02 of our gnoll range, and this sculpt captures that feral momentum brilliantly: the figure is caught mid-lunge, hunched low with claws raking forward and jaws split wide in a grinning snarl. Leather wrappings bind its forearms and shins, a short blade is gripped in one hand, and a crown of thorns sits atop its horned head — suggesting this is no common raider, but something with rank, perhaps even ritual significance within the pack.
Whether you're running a gnoll warband ambush in the Gnoll Steppes, populating a Yeenoghu-worshipping cult dungeon, or building a display collection of D&D's most unnerving humanoid threats, this miniature brings real character to the table. The crouched, aggressive pose reads clearly at gaming distance while holding up beautifully for close-up display and painting alike.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a gnoll with presence and rank for their warband encounters
- Are running a Yeenoghu-themed arc or demonic wilderness campaign
- Want a dynamic, mid-action monster mini for display or painting projects
- Are building out a full gnoll warband with varied sculpts
Encounter Hook:
The village elder swears a gnoll wearing a crown of thorns led the raid — not howling like the others, but laughing quietly and pointing, directing the carnage with terrifying calm. The party has been hired to find it before it chooses the next target.
