Bodge the Ravenous is a Gluttony Devil of tremendous presence — a vast, bloated fiend clad in ornate hellforged armour, his massive winged frame spread wide as though daring anyone to approach. He clutches a skull-tipped chain flail in one clawed fist while his other hand curls in a gesture of cruel command. Flame-licked horns crown his helm, and beneath the grandeur of his infernal plate, folds of flesh press against the fabric of his robes, speaking to centuries of unchecked excess. He sits not from weakness, but from a predator's patience — everything comes to him in time.
From the Hell at Heaven's Gate collection by DM Stash, this is a sculpt built for the table's most dramatic moments. His sheer size and visual authority make him a natural BBEG — an archdevil's enforcer, a patron grown tired of waiting, or the true power behind a devil-worshipping cult your party has been unravelling for six sessions. Equally at home on a display shelf, the layered detail across his armour, draped robes, and leathery wings rewards careful painting.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a large, visually commanding boss encounter with genuine infernal menace
- Are running a campaign arc involving devil contracts, the Nine Hells, or a corrupted warlock patron
- Want a display piece that holds its own on any shelf alongside serious collector pieces
- Love painting layered armour, monstrous flesh tones, and dramatic leathery wings
Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the address written on the contract — a grand townhouse in the merchant district, entirely unremarkable from the outside. The butler answers, offers refreshments, and explains that Lord Bodge has been expecting them. In the drawing room, colossal and still, surrounded by the scattered bones of his last guests, Bodge the Ravenous turns his horned helm toward the door and smiles. The debt is overdue. He has already decided how he will be repaid.
