Glimmer Gearspark and his Turtle, Shellshimme by Great Grimoire

They heard him before they saw him — the clatter of arcane gear and the wet thud of six clawed feet on cobblestone, as Glimmer Gearspark and his ancient turtle Shellshimme rounded the corner with the unhurried authority of someone who has never once been in a hurry and never once been late.

Glimmer Gearspark is no ordinary gnome druid. Perched atop the broad, armoured back of Shellshimme — a six-legged, draconic-faced turtle of considerable age and attitude — he carries a gnarled staff topped with a caged arcane lantern in one hand, while a great serpentine familiar coils up and over his other arm. His beard flows freely beneath a scowling, weathered face, and his layered armour speaks of dozens of campaigns survived through cunning rather than brute force. Shellshimme, for her part, moves with reptilian menace: her dragon-like head is low and forward, horns swept back, jaws parted — a beast that has clearly eaten things larger than the party's barbarian.

Across three distinct render angles, the full spectacle of this duo is on display: the sweeping curve of that serpentine familiar, the intricate scale patterning across Shellshimme's flanks, the engraved detail on Glimmer's armour, and the sheer physical presence of the mount beneath him. This is a miniature that earns its place on the table and on the shelf in equal measure.

This miniature is printed at 35mm scale. The plain black base is included separately and can be attached with a small amount of glue. Each mini arrives ready for priming and painting, though it makes a striking display piece straight out of the box. We quality-check every piece before it leaves the studio, though as with all detailed sculpts, minor marks from support removal are possible and easily tidied up.
