Glacius Grimm is no festive decoration. This grotesque winter horror wears the shape of a snowman like a stolen costume — a sagging hat, a scarf, stacked spherical mass — but every familiar detail has been twisted into something predatory. His upper form erupts with a wide, fang-lined maw and grasping skeletal claws, while his lower body splits open to reveal a second, larger set of jaws dripping with malice. Bone-like limbs splay outward from the base, rooting him to the frozen earth like some terrible frost-touched aberration. He is flanked by two small companions — Frostpaws — squat, open-mouthed snow-spawn that appear almost innocent until you notice their hollow, screaming expressions. Encounter Hook:
The party arrives in the hamlet of Greyveil to find every door barred and every hearth cold. Three snowmen stand in the village square — one for each family that has gone missing. As the snow begins to fall again, the largest of the three turns its head slowly towards the adventurers, and the two smaller ones open their mouths wide and begin to wail.
