Ginger is a Technopagan: a spellcaster who has traded dusty grimoires and dried herbs for gear-driven contraptions and aetheric conduits. Her sculpt captures her mid-swagger — one hand gripping the handlebars of her custom mechanical broom, her posture radiating the kind of self-assured confidence that only comes from knowing exactly how dangerous you are. The broom itself is a masterpiece of detail: segmented metal bristles, a barrel-like chassis, and twin mechanical legs that end in bird-like clawed feet, all emerging from a dynamic splash-base that suggests she's just touched down from altitude. A small clockwork familiar unit sits at her side, stacked on a riveted crate. Her tactical harness, multiple pouches, and goggles pushed up beneath her broad-brimmed witch's hat make her equally convincing as a Gnomish artificer, a Wizard with a mechanical familiar, or a roguish gadgeteer NPC with her own agenda.
This is a character with a story already written into every rivet and buckle — she's a natural fit for steampunk-inflected campaigns, Eberron-style settings, or any world where magic has learned to shake hands with industry.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a memorable NPC artificer, inventor, or magical mechanic for their campaign
- Are building a Wizard, Artificer, or Sorcerer player character with a steampunk flavour
- Want a characterful quest-giver, rival, or eccentric ally with instant visual personality
- Collect display-worthy miniatures with exceptional sculpt complexity
- Are running Eberron, steampunk, or tech-meets-magic settings
Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the city's underbelly docking ring to find their contact — described in the briefing as "a witch with a broom" — perched on a crate, mid-argument with a small automaton that keeps flashing error codes. Ginger doesn't look up when they approach. "Before you say anything," she says, tightening a bolt on the broom's chassis, "I know exactly what the Council hired you to recover, and I know exactly where it is. Whether I tell you depends entirely on how you feel about a small favour involving a very large electromagnet and the magistrate's private vault."
Ginger the Technopagan is scaled to 35mm. If you would prefer 32mm scaling, just send us a message and we'll adjust it for you. A decorative base option is available — if selected, please include a note with your order letting us know which of the three base styles you'd like. The decorative or plain black base is supplied separately and attaches easily with a small amount of glue. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming — a rewarding project for painters and a characterful table piece straight from the box.
