Gibberlings are chaos made flesh — frenzied, barely coherent creatures that surge in packs, overwhelming prey through sheer screaming numbers. Monster Atlas has captured that raw, unsettling energy in a single tower of writhing bodies: a gnarled, bark-textured column erupting with goblinoid heads, reaching arms, splayed claws and wide, tooth-filled mouths all tangled together in one nightmarish mass. Encounter Hook: The party has tracked a missing woodsman into the Thornwood, following a trail of scattered tools and muddy bootprints. They find the woodsman's axe buried in the base of a massive oak — and as one of them reaches to pull it free, the tree shudders, and the gibberling swarm erupts from its trunk, all teeth and noise and grasping fingers.
