The Gibbering Mouther is one of D&D's most unsettling aberrations — not because it is powerful, but because it is wrong. A heaving, amorphous mass studded with snapping mouths and flailing tentacles, it gibbering incoherently as it engulfs everything in its path. This sculpt captures that wrongness with visceral clarity: multiple toothed maws gape open across its bloated body, tentacles curl and writhe outward, and the whole form bulges with the kind of grotesque detail that makes players genuinely uncomfortable — which is exactly the point.

Encounter Hook:
The party is hired to investigate a merchant's warehouse that has gone silent. Inside, the shelves are intact, the doors are locked from within, and three workers have simply ceased to be coherent — rocking in corners, muttering in overlapping voices. In the basement, something has been feeding on the rats. Then the rats. Then whatever came after the rats. It's still there, and it has been listening to the footsteps above for hours.
Supplied as a single piece attached to its base, scaled to 32mm. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming — the detail holds paint beautifully, whether you go for a sickly pallid flesh tone or something more otherworldly. Some minor imperfections can occur during printing; these are easily cleaned up prior to painting.
